Telehealth visits enable time-saving care on the go. So you can get the care you deserve without sacrificing quality.

Additionally, to keep care affordable and accessible, we offer flexible memberships.  These flat rates are in lieu of billing your insurance, again saving time and money, which puts the focus back on your care plan and health goals!

FAQ's:

Do you accept insurance?

While we do not accept insurance at this time for this specific service, you are welcome to submit your membership payment to your insurance company for possible reimbursement or credit towards your deductible.  The best way to find out is to call your insurance plan.  MSMSi is happy to supply you with documentation that you can submit to your insurance plan.  We have worked diligently to offer memberships accessible to everyone, no matter whether or not you have insurance.  Equal and accessible care for all!

Do you offer pain management or write prescriptions for controlled substances?

We do not offer pain management or prescription controlled medications, but if deemed medically appropriate, we do make referrals to pain management practices or other specialties, and we can work closely with that office to help you achieve your goals.  We will stay with you every step of the way!

I do not have insurance coverage for laboratory services in order to have blood work done as prescribed.  Isn't it going to cost a fortune?

No problem for blood work at the labs!  We have you covered with negotiated prices through our partnership with UltaLabTests.  They use pre-existing labs such as Quest and Labcorp to complete your needed lab work but at a fraction of the price.  Just one of the many benefits MSHSi offers in order to keep medicine accessible to all!
